Altar Guild

The Altar Guild members maintain the church’s altar and care for the sacred vessels, altar linens and hangings. New members are welcomed and receive training and work side by side with experienced members as they learn. While the work of the Altar Guild is done behind the scenes, it is a very important worship ministry.

Ushers

Ushers are the first point of contact when we walk through the doors of St. Michael’s. They welcome people with a smile, hand out our service programs, help people find a seat, collect and present our offerings, and direct the congregation to the altar rail during communion. They are also available to answer any questions and direct people to coffee hour.
